Let me introduce myself. I am an active real estate agent in Western Washington. My family has been coming to and enjoying Wapato Point for years. Renting homes there has been a way of life for us.

But finally we decided it was time to find the perfect spot and build the perfect vacation rental home in the perfect resort. Ok, you get the idea that we love the place right?

Well we have situated the house to take advantage of good sunshine and named our get-away Sunshine house for that obvious reason. In fact the lake gets 300 days of sunshine per year. It is even bright and beautiful in winter. And, of course, in summer the place shimmers with the warmth of summer.

Inside we picked really great furnishings and features to compliment the unusual location. It is the kind of quality that not everyone will invest in. We felt it was necessary to provide guests a truly unique and vibrant house.
